Writing 30 minutes every day can help you get more clarity in life.
Journal for 10 mins, or write down your thoughts.
Do what works for you but write every day.
It's life-changing.

2. Reading

Super cliche I know, but reading 30 minutes daily can rewire your brain and help you absorb things faster and wiser.

It gives you a second perspective and helps you become a better version of yourself.

3. Deep Work

I work for 5-6 hours every day productively - fully focused.
Busy work is not productive, deep work is.

4. Meditation

Meditation is good for self-reflection.
Often times, we feel confused, break down or get monotonous on days without any reason.
The best way to get clarity is to meditate & reflect on tiny things.
It helps you get closure, clarity, and peace for the same.

Be it toxic relation, friendship, or a thing in general.
Learn to let go if it's hurting, or even when you don't want to let go.

This is one of the best life skills I have learned this year.
Start acting like the person you want to become.
Dress like it, behave like it, make decisions like it, and talk like it.
It has been life-changing for me.
